WHAT WE ATE...

Shingle Inn recently opened an outlet at Forest Hill Chase so we thought we would try it out. I chose the yummy ‘Mex Brekky Quesadilla ($10.90) – scrambled egg, sliced ham, baby spinach, tasty cheese, smoky chilli mayo, and sprinkled with paprika’.

My dining companion picked the ‘Bacon and Egg Breakfast Wrap – bacon, fried egg, tasty cheese and tomato relish ($10.90)’.
