WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
·       The Portsea Parma - crumbed chicken breast with napoli, ham and mozzarella, served with chips ($27.00)
·       Twice cooked pork belly, served with golden beetroot, braised black lentils and pan jus ($30.00)
·       Smoked trout ravioli, served with shaved baby fennel and light dill cream ($30.00)
·       Braised lamb ragout - slow cooked lamb shoulder in a sage, olive and tomato sauce with pappardelle pasta ($26.00)



WHAT WE ATE...
I decided to have the ‘Ricotta and lemon gnocchi - pan seared and served with butternut puree, crispy sage and Tuscan cabbage ($27.00)’.


My dining companion chose the ‘Braised wagyu shin pie - red wine slow cooked wagyu shin in shortcrust, served with chips and mushy peas ($25.00)’.


WHAT WE DRANK…
I chose a Jetty Road Pale Ale ($6.00 pot) which is brewed in Dromana…
