WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
·         Orange Brioche French Toast – creamy soft French toast with Campos espresso white choc ganache, matcha mascarpone, fresh berries and caramel popcorn ($17.00)
·         Southern Fried Chicken Burger – buttermilk crumb, Asian slaw, siracha aioli in a charcoal bun. Served with thick cut chips ($18.00)
·         Dish and Spoon Benny – ginger beer infused pulled ham hock, jalapeƱo, champagne vinegar hollandaise, poached eggs on brioche ($19.50)
·         Dark Soy Beef Short Ribs with wasabi potato mash, mini paprika peppers, dark soy reduction and matcha sprinkle ($23.00)





WHAT WE ATE...
I picked the gorgeous ‘Risotto Hash – pressed creamy and crispy risotto with buttered mushrooms and asparagus, house tomato relish, and a poached egg ($18.00)’.


My dining companion opted for the humongous ‘Braised Brisket Sandwich with heirloom tomato, swiss cheese, honey mustard, rocket, pickles in toasted dark rye with house apple bourbon BBQ sauce ($18.00)’.
