The menu consists of burgers and ice-cream desserts. For drinks, you can order one of their Salted Caramel shakes ($7.50) or their house made sodas ($4.50) like Passion Pop… I tried the vegetarian burger: the ‘Magic Mushroom – crumbed confit mushroom, cheese, onion, pickles, tomato, lettuce and secret sauce ($10.50)’. I enjoyed the crunchy mushroom filling but the ‘secret sauce’ was a bit dull compared to the excitement generated from its alluring description. It tasted like tomato sauce with some added spices...
As part of Chadstone’s redevelopment, the new ‘Dining Terrace’ has been created where you will find eateries such as Fonda and Burger Project. We thought we would try Burger Project which is Neil Perry and the Rockpool Restaurant Group’s latest venture. The service was not exactly efficient or friendly, but they do offer a glass of water if you ask for it repeatedly...
