WHAT WE ATE...

Previously, I have tried the Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni ($22.00) which was delicious. On this occasion, we shared a Gourmet Pizza between us. The ‘Vegetarian – roasted seasonal vegetables, fresh tomato, bocconcini, olive oil, garlic, herbs ($21.00)’ was tasty. The addition of brassicas as toppings added depth to a regular vegetarian pizza.

WHAT WE DRANK...

My dining companion ordered a hot chocolate ($4.50) which was average.

OVERALL…

We dropped by Colombo’s on a Saturday night without a booking but thankfully the venue is enormous! It looked like half of Balwyn were there but we still managed to obtain a table and we received excellent service. It is clearly a place that locals of all ages enjoy on a regular basis.
